Intense Chocolate Pudding Cupcakes!

Intense chocolate pudding cupcakes by Fitness Recipes

Note:- Gluten free
- Low cal high protein, almost no fat and carbs (<1 g)
- Very quick and easy
- You can use also whey protein powder instead of casein.  Whey protein will make it a bit more dry

Ingredients (6 servings):
- 150 g egg whites
- 45 g casein protein powder chocolate flavor
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 125 g yogurt (I used natural low fat)

Pre heat the oven at 150°C
Mix all ingredients together
Distribute the mixture over 6 silicone cupcake molds
Bake for 20 minutes at 150°C
Tip: The chocolate taste is even more intense when they are still warm

Protein: 11 g
Carbohydrates: 1 g (sugar 1 g)
Fat: 0.5 g (saturated 0.3 g)
Fiber: 1 g
