Today is a special day for me! Being in this business exactly 19 months today, I received an email saying that my team Forever FIT reached the #27 spot out of 185,000 Beachbody coaches in the company!! What does this mean? It means I have special people on my team that each give something amazing to be so successful1! We are passionate about health and fitness, some still on their own journey (but boy they can motivate others), and some reached their ultimate fitness goals with using Beachbody programs and drinking SHAKEOLOGY! What got me started with coaching is having my own transformation... I was using Beachbody workouts, and drinking SHAKEOLOGY EVERY DAY! I do not have family that live close by to just drop my kids off to a sitter... I also was working 12 hour shifts, so taking away more time to drive back and forth just did not seem feasible to me... That brings me to Beachbody! I have found something that gave me the opportunity to wake up and workout while the kids are still sleeping, a nutrition guide to follow so I am getting the most out of my nutrition, and lastly, I had a 30 meals come to my door every month that gave me the nutrition I was not getting from my "every day" foods, including my multi vitamin!
I never knew that something so easy to change could be so convenient and helpful to my health and my goals! But as a was reaching my goals, I felt that it was only necessary to share my success and healthy lifestyle with others! I mean, there are so many people looking for something simplified for you but give you the most amazing results!! This is it!!


This is WHY I became a coach! Im getting the best of both worlds:
I'm continuing my own fitness journey, keeping myself accountable, while helping others reach their goals, BUT also staying at home with my kids!! It has been almost 18 months since I joined Team Beachbody as a fitness coach, and since starting
this journey for myself and to help others, it has totally changed my life! I am so excited to share this opportunity with all of you now! 

I was right in the middle of my own fitness journey, losing weight and toning after having my second child.  I am also a Registered Nurse and was taking Master's classes for my school nurse certification.  As a busy mom, I was not sure I had any extra time to spare to work as a Beachbody coach, until I was able to see what coaching was all about! These are some general questions I had prior to starting my coaching journey....

What is Team Beachbody?? 

Team Beachbody is a company that promotes health and wellness by focusing on both exercise and nutrition to help you reach your ultimate health and fitness goals. Instead of using FAD diets, we eat normal food, focus on portion control, and clean eating, so this is a lifestyle change and you do not worry about gaining your weight back.  This is a program you can live off of forever.... hence, the lifestyle change...

Between incorporating clean eating, exercise 25-60 minutes day with home workout programs, people are adding years to their lives, going of medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, Crohn's disease, arthritis, migraines, etc... Many of these changes are possible with the help of incorporating our health shake meal replacement called SHAKEOLOGY.

Kerri is a fellow nurse and started coaching just 2 months ago... She is building a new home with her husband and along with her goal to help others, she was hoping to earn some extra cash for their new home! Within 1 month of coaching, she has reached Success Club 20, rank advanced to Emerald and on her second month, has hit Success Club 39 and is on her way to diamond, one of the high ranks in the beach body company! 

This girl is ON FIRE!!!! She has dedicated so much of her time helping others and within 2 months, her challengers are even seeing amazing results!! 

I am so proud of this girl and cannot wait to watch her grow as an amazing leader!

Beachbody Super Saturday April 12th, 2014- This is how Pittsburgh, PA rises to the top!

Beachbody Super Saturday April 12th, 2014

Oh how I missed my Beachbody family!! I had such an amazing weekend with everyone who I haven't seen in a while... well at least what seems a while!  So since our team does not get a chance to really spend quality time together, we definitely made up for it! Friday night, my BFF and fellow coach Kaileigh and I met the girls at the Willow (an amazing restaurant) to hang out and discuss the Super Saturday event the next day! We had great laughs and it was so nice to catch up with these girls (and guy) ;)

Friday was a blast, but I was really looking forward to the main event that we all came for.... SUPER SATURDAY IN THE BURGH!

I am so very blessed to be a part of the Beachbody family, Bombshell Dynasty, The Dream Team, but also the creator of my own team Forever FIT! These teams are growing like crazy and cannot imagine my team without all my coaches! Although I drive 3 hours to Pittsburgh for every super saturday event, it is so well worth it! 
Taking a look at this picture above, my first super Saturday did not have as many coaches.. There are now over 300 coaches attending this event, and it is only growing bigger! 
I am so proud to say that I now have my own coaches traveling to these events to join me in getting motivated and coming to enjoy themselves and learning to grow a successful business!  

These are the coaches from Forever FIT that attended our super saturday event.  Alisha Smith is the second coach in on the left who is one of my diamond coaches and has had such an amazing transformation! She has lost 40 lbs and 40 inches and is continuing an amazing journey along with building an amazing team! Two of her coaches, Alessia and Alecia also drove 3 and 6 hours to join us and they are the two coaches to the right of me! Last but not least, Ashley is one of my diamonds coaches coaches who already lives in Pittsburgh who came to join us! Despite her not knowing anyone, she still came and had a great time getting to know everyone and more about Beachbody! 

I remember last January, I was sitting in at my first Super Saturday, looking around at all these successful coaches in the room, thinking to myself, "How in the world am I ever going to get there?"  
Now, here I stand, 7 star Diamond Elite Beachbody coach and speaking on the stage at this huge event! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to now be one of those successful speakers sharing their story at a super saturday!  Somehow, we were blessed to have Gill Porr, one of the amazing photographers in Pittsburgh, attend our event and take amazing pictures and also recorded my speech! I would love to share this with you all to show you I did not start at the top... I was not a fast starter at all... BUT I did continue pushing myself and never gave up on what was important to me.

This is such a proud moment right here.  My cousin and my mentor has officially taken the #1 spot in the Beachbody company! She started 3 years ago, just like every other coach, and worked her way to the top.  She worked extra hours, sacrificed many things, but now those things she sacrificed, she can do get back because she earned it!

This is why our team is at the top... We have great training for every coach coming onto our team that will help them achieve their goals and grow a successful business. We work as a team.  We do not compete, nor compare... we are a family and are here to help one another.  We are normal people with big dreams! We are moms, nurses, teachers, and health and fitness lovers, all trying to help people live healthier and more fulfilling lifestyles! 

And we know how to have fun!

I can't forget about post Super Saturday... Kailiegh and I had some things to do while in Pittsburgh to finish off strong!! Nothing like a trip to Tiffany's to make a purchase for our coaches going star diamond!! This is a high rank that is NOT easy to get to ... It takes hard work, leadership, and never giving up!! I am soooo excited to hand this over when it is final next week!!! These ladies totally deserve it!!!

I am pretty sure this job may be the most rewarding job EVER!! Helping people, keeping yourself and others healthy, working in your workout clothes and PJ's, and paying off debt all at the same time!!! 

I am now looking for people who have the same interests as I do and looking to maintain their healthy lifestyle, hold themselves accountable to reach their health and fitness goals, help others reach their goals, work form home, and earn an extra income for family and have financial freedom! 

I worked as a nurse full time at once, but now have the opportunity to work from home only and still able to earn a larger income than if I were still working as a full time nurse in the ER.  I still chose to work as a nurse, because it is something I love, but now I am able to work whenever I want, and focus mainly on my beach body career!

**HELP WANTED**- HEALTH AND FITNESS COACH WORK FROM HOME!

People are always asking me what I have done to have my weight loss transformation.. So it's time to share! I joined a Beach body challenge group right after having my second child and I was completely miserable with myself.. my energy was low, I was always tired, and I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror.. It's sad when you cannot even stand to be around your husband in less than pants and a long sleeve.  But I knew I had to do something, or I would never be happy.  So getting into this challenge was the best thing I ever did! I started with Insanity (YES STARTED LOL) and drinking Shakeology every day! Within 2 weeks, my energy was increasing, I was less bloated, and my cravings were going away! Literally, my shakes were my new "Miracle Shakes"! I have never been a veggie person, so to have all the dense nutrition my body was asking me for all this time was loving me!

The left side of the picture is me on day 1 of Insanity and Shakeology... 1 year later, here I am, in the best shape of my life and full of energy! I am fueling my body with exactly what it needs, and that is a huge issue with people reaching their health and fitness goals.. Nutrition is 80% of your weight loss so if you do not fuel your body properly, those results will be set back.

So while still on my journey, I decided I LOVE these challenge groups and it just gives me so much motivation and support that I want to help people also with their own journey! As a nurse also, I love helping people.. I think it is truly why I was put on this earth.. God creates us all a certain way, and this was my calling.. I just love hearing every day about someone getting a step closer to happiness and their goals, or that they were inspired by my motivational post on face book or Instagram..  So here I am today, a beach body coach.. And something a little more... After helping lots of people reach their health and fitness goals, I have been able to rank advance to diamond, and this past year, I made it to 5 star Elite, which is the top 1% of all beach body coaches in the entire company which holds more than 140,000 coaches!  This only gives me more energy to keep going and help even more people!

WHAT DO I DO AS A BEACH BODY COACH?!
So this is what I do.. I work from home, online, on face book, and other social medias that I choose to do, and run challenge groups on face book (closed groups) so I can coach 1:1 with my challengers to give them tips, recipes, support, motivation, and accountability to help them reach their overall health and fitness goals!  I make my own hours, I am my own boss and answer to NO ONE but myself (and husband of course haha), and I am able to earn an income for my family! What is great about me coaching, is I have been able to hold myself accountable for maintaining my own health and well being because I know I am now a role model for people and have to practice what I preach! It has kept me totally on track and I love that feeling of having self control for once in my life!


I also do get to travel as a beach body coach! Yes, with my family too! Next month, we are going on a cruise with the company which is paid for by beach body! My hubby and I now get to go on our 5 year anniversary that we wanted without feeling financial unstable! In June, I will be going with a few friends to Vegas for our huge Summit training! It just feels unreal to have this opportunity that a year ago, I thought I could never achieve.. I am just a normal mom, with two boys, working as a nurse, and just have a passion for health and fitness!
What I am getting at is you can be that normal person with a normal life but become something so much more than you ever imagined! This is about taking a step out of your comfort zone, taking that leap of faith, and doing what you want.. going for your dreams, your goals, your passion! If I wouldn't have taken this step, I cannot imagine where I would be right now. It has totally changed my life.. and what else that has changed my life is the amazing coaches I have on my team! They either have a passion for health and fitness and never used the workouts or drink Shakeology prior to starting but once they started, they couldn't let go.. I have coaches who were at one time in my challenge groups and got amazing results and here they are today leading their own teams, and I have coaches who sign up with me to keep themselves accountable for their own goals but like to be a role model for others and share their journey!

2013 has been one amazing year for the growth of Team Beachbody and especially the Dream Team as the #2 team in the company.  We have developed so many successful coaches and successful new coach training programs plus push groups and mentoring programs to help any and all individuals succeed at coaching!
