English muffin Pizzas
1 English muffin
Fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. pizza sauce
Veges you like (I use chopped red and green peppers, mushrooms, onions)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Split English muffin in half on a cookie sheet, add 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each piece of English muffin. Sprinkle ¼ c shredded mozzarella cheese over entire English muffin and top off with veges!
Put Muffins in oven and bake for approx. 10 min or until cheese is melted!! Enjoy and don’t forget, you can add as many veges as you want!!
This is another kid favorite recipe that is so simple to make and less than half of the calories of a regular slice of pizza!!
Only 220 cal per serving!!
