CLEAN EGG SALAD

- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 Avocado mashed
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 small onion chopped
- Garlic powder to taste
- Himalayan salt and fresh pepper to taste
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites and discard 3 of the yolks.
- Chop eggs and combine with Avocado, mustard, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- ENJOY! I served my egg salad on a slice of Ezekiel Toast with a tomato!
