Phase I -The reclaim phase is the first week where rehydrate your body and reactivate the slow cell function, and shift your body's PH (level of acidity) back toward a healthier, alkaline state.  You slowly remove the dairy and red meat from your diet and allow your body to recharge itself in a more natural way.

Phase II- The RELEASE phase completely removes the dairy and animal proteins from your diet and you only eat vegan meals.  You also take a DETOX supplement to help restore optimum health to your GastroIntestinal system, while detoxifying your body through improved bowel movements.  You will be releasing toxins from other places than just your digestive tract, such as your skin and even emotions by dropping negative habits that you have been holding on to.


Phase III- THe RESTORE phase, you adjust your diet for the last time and cut further back on grains and consuming mainly fruits and vegetables-for fiber and further alkalinization, and to provide your body with pure, whole foods that are high in nutritional value and are easily reabsorbed.  You will take another supplement called REVITALIZE, which helps restore healthy bacteria to your freshly scrubbed digestive tract.  


What I love about this reset is you do not starve yourself, nor do you dehydrate yourself.  This is a completely natural and healthy way to cleanse and restore your body to a pure state!
