Clean
Oatmeal
Ingredients:
½ cup
uncooked oatmeal
¾ scoop
vanilla protein powder (I use 100 % Whey)
3/4 c
almond milk (use less if you want thicker, or more if you want thinner… I also
use vanilla unsweetened)
1 tbsp
Flax seed
1 tbsp
Wheat Germ
3/4 c
blueberries or any fresh fruit
Directions:
Put ½ c
oatmeal in bowl and add water to your liking for consistency and microwave for
1 min
In another
cup, mix almond milk and protein powder together and set aside
After
oatmeal is cooked, add 1 tsbp of flax seed and 1 tbsp of wheat germ and
mix.
Add
milk/protein mixture to oatmeal
Top
with blueberries or your favorite fresh fruit!!
