Horton’s Sticky Bars
Ingredients:
1/4 c
chunky peanut butter or almond butter
1/2
smashed banana
1c
granola (I used 1 c kashi go lean flax honey and almonds)
Directions:
Mix
together all ingredients & roll out
in long hotdog shape
Wrap
in wax paper and freeze for 90 min.
Cut
into 4 piece...
Eat
frozen or warm up...YUMMO!!

180 cal
10 g
of fat(if u use granola...about 6g if u use cereal)
6+ g protein...the go lean cereal has less fat
and more protein...
