  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 Avocado mashed
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 small onion chopped
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Himalayan salt and fresh pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites and discard 3 of the yolks. 
  2. Chop eggs and combine with Avocado, mustard, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. ENJOY! I served my egg salad on a slice of Ezekiel Toast with a tomato!
